8-Week Kid/Parent Boulder Bolder 10K Training Program

I’m excited to announce that I will be offering an 8-week Kid/Parent Boulder Bolder 10K Training Program tarting in April! This program is designed for families who want to train together and prepare for the iconic Boulder Bolder 10K race. Whether you're new to running or looking to improve your time, this in-person program will help you get race-ready, have fun, and bond as a family.

Program Details

Duration: 8 weeks Starting in April 2025-Race day *

Sessions: 2 Days a Week, TBD

Focus: Building endurance, speed and running form - Family-friendly workouts designed for all levels - Interactive and fun training for both kids and parents - Strength, mobility, and injury prevention integrated into each session.
