Jonathan Garcia, CPT, LMT, NMT

Greetings! Growing up in Louisville, CO, my journey into health and fitness began in my early years through engagement in various team sports, and started running at a young age. Encourage by my dad, an avid lifter, I learned the importance of weight training not only for sports performance but for life as a whole, this has stayed with me to this day. With 10 years experience as a trainer and coach, my mission is to guide you toward achieving your fitness goals by providing personalized training and fostering a deeper understanding of your body's movement. With proper exercise set up, cueing, execution as well as building healthier food and nutrition habits. My mission is to empower people to achieve their fitness goals through personalized and sustainable training methods. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or beginning your wellness journey, my aim is to create a supportive and motivating environment tailored to your unique needs. I am passionate about reshaping perspectives on fitness and ensuring everyone feels comfortable in the gym, so you can make health & fitness a life long habit.

Jonathan has been immersed in endurance sports for over 20 years, gaining a deep understanding of optimal training and racing techniques. His passion for running began early, leading him to compete for Western State Colorado University, a top Division II distance program, where he was a national qualifier in cross-country and the 3000m steeplechase. He then transitioned to cycling, racing both domestically and internationally for 8 years. Starting with Einsteins Bagels elite cycling team, he went on to race for BMC Racing Team, participating in high-profile events such as the Tour of California, Tour of Utah, Criterium International, and the Tour of Switzerland, and representing the USA at the Olympic Test Event in Beijing. After transitioning from cycling, Jonathan continued to thrive in running and triathlons, with standout achievements including a 12th place finish at the Los Angeles Marathon (2:32) and a top 10 spot at Ironman Branson 70.3. Jonathan enjoys supporting endurance athletes of all levels, helping them achieve their racing and life goals.
