Elements Running Club

'Im starting a weekly running group! This will be a coached workout and will be held Tuesday nights at 6 pm at various locations around Louisville. This is a free workout, but donations are appreciated. Workouts will vary each week, and will consist of speed, tempo, strength and endurance type workouts for all abilities. The first workout will held at Louisville Middle school track @ 6pm September 19th. Please spread the word and reach out to me with any questions.

What you need to know:

  Here are a few things to know before your workout.

  1. Bring a water bottle to have on hand or leave in the car for hydrating before and after the workout.

  2. A running watch to keep track of overall running time, time based intervals, and/or pace.

  3. As daylight savings approaches, bringing a headlamp is always a good idea.

  4. This workout will go on rain, snow or shine.

  5. Individuals will be put into groups based on fitness level for each workout. If you are new to running, we will ease you in, so you can run consistently.

  6. Some running workouts may incorporate strength/cross-fit/hiit training
