Simple Training Methods For
ATHLETES OF ALL ABILITIES
Hello, welcome to Elements Training Company! I began my professional coaching career as an endurance and strength coach in 2011 working for Athletic Improvement Center in Fort Collins, CO. I had the opportunity to work alongside endurance coaches, physical therapists and strength coaches to further gain knowledge and help athletes achieve their best in their desired sport while staying strong and pain-free. I believe that a multi-faceted approach to training is the best way to achieve the desired level of physical conditioning and sport performance.
Elements Training Company is focused on the idea that a holistic approach to training is key for achieving optimal athletic performance or fitness goals. This means balancing the physical and mental aspects of endurance sports, strength & health, in addition to balancing the demands of training with everyday life obligations. As a coach, I help each client gain equilibrium among these multiple elements to achieve the ideal level of preparation for their health and athletic goals. Because there are so many factors that must come together for optimal performance and athletic success, it can be difficult to identify the factors that might be limiting performance. As a coach, I help clients to pinpoint these limitations and design their program accordingly to allow them to achieve their highest level.
I have been coaching clients of all ability's for 12+ years and enjoy empowering my clients create new opportunities for themselves through endurance sports, health, and fitness .

ATHLETIC CAREER
I have been an endurance and strength athlete for over 20 years. I found a passion for running at an early age and went on to run cross-country and track for Western State Colorado University, a top Division II distance program. I then turned my focus to cycling and raced for 7 years, both domestically and internationally. I began as a top amateur cyclist riding for Einsteins Bagels Elite Team and then raced 3 years with BMC Professional Cycling Team. I raced many world class races during his time with BMC, including Tour of California, Tour of Utah, Criterium International, Tour of Switzerland, and representing the USA at the Olympic Test Event in Beijing, China. After my cycling career, I continued to compete in running and triathlon, with highlights of placing 12th overall at the 2012 Los Angeles Marathon (2:32) and competing in the 2013 Ironman Boulder & Branson 70.3 (qualified for World 70.3)
