Elements Training programs are designed to help athletes break out of mental blocks regarding their capabilities in fitness and performance, health, nutrition and lifestyle. With our proven and holistic approach to health, fitness, there is no reason you can't achieve your goals. We are passionate about guiding you with the tools it takes to get there. For all of our coaching services please start by filling out our athlete form. This will help me get to know a little about you and schedule your consult to fit your desired program. I will contact you within 24hrs to discuss the next steps.
Once you have filled out your athlete form, your program starts with an initial consultation to help me learn about your training background, lifestyle, stressors, past injuries and current limitations. Clients find this highly educational and beneficial as part of the process. As a coaches I also enjoy getting to know you during this consult so we can design the best program for you.

Custom built training plan to fit your specific schedule and endurance goals
True Coach online training calendar/app where you will have all your exercises, demo videos, and places to record your results and be able to instant message your coach for feedback.
At anytime during your programming, you will have the ability to send a video of a movement if you feel you need more instruction or are having any pain with any of the exercises
One on One sessions with coach. ($50). Recommended each month.

Personal Training
Personal training is designed to help you set and achieve personal fitness goals through proper exercise and education. When beginning your personal training program, we start with an intial consultation. In this consultation we discuss your short term and long term goals, expectations, overview of program analysis with tracking and progress and the reasoning behind the key exercises.
Each Personal Training Session Is (On Average) 60 Minutes And Encompasses All Components Of Strength, Mobility, And Conditioning.
Are you looking into hiring a personal trainer at a club/gym near you? Someone that you can go to a few times a week? Running Gait Analysis
This is a comprehensive running analysis (treadmill) with video feedback. I will assess your movement patterns, mobility, stability and strength prior to the run assessment. This will include neuromuscular therapy as part of your session. Running cues will be given based on running form, your movement patterns while not running, as well as any mobility and strength issues.

Included is a customized strength program identifying muscular imbalances and limitation in mobility and stability. Your program components include mobility/flexibility, core stability, balance/coordination, strength and power developement all based on functional movements and your needs as a runner. You can utilize this weekly or during specific times during the year.
